The Jewel of Kings Creek Village

The Clubhouse is the jewel of KCVA. Throw your next party in style with our very recently renovated ballroom. It is comfortable, modern, spacious and beautiful. In addition to the indoor beauty of our Clubhouse, the outside view enhances the ambiance and contribute to put together a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere where the guests are proactive to have an outstanding experience during the party.

All KCVA residents, owners or tenants, are welcome to come down with a current KCVA Identification Card to the KCVA Management Office or call us at (305) 279-2101 or send us an e-mail message at KCVAoffice@kcvamiami.com, for more information and to reserve the date of your special occasion for up to 100 guests. We provide three 8 ft rectangular tables, 12 round tables, chairs, refrigerator, microwave to keep the food warm, and music system for your event.

The four hour’s rental fees are the following:

up to 50 people, the fee is $400.00;
and from 51 to 100 (Max) people, the fee is $600.00.

The rental fee must be paid no later than seven (7) working days after the contract is signed.

The Security Guard fees are:
$30.00 per hour plus tax ($32.10).
Holidays are $45.00 per hour, plus tax ($48.15).

A refundable security deposit ($500.00) must accompany this contract at the time it is signed by the parties. The security deposit may be paid in the form of money order or cashier’s check. Cash, personal or company check, and credit card, are not accepted. In the case that no damage to the property was reported, the security deposit will be returned completely to the renter.

An event Certificate of Liability is required to consume alcoholic beverages.
