About the KCVA
The Master Association over-sees day-to-day property management & administrative duties for the encompassing Kings Creek Village Community. These include four sub-associations, the Shopping Center, and unincorporated “Single Family Homes”.
Our office is located on the 1st floor (pool level) of the Community Recreation Center, located at 8333 S.W. 81st Avenue, Miami, FL 33143.
